What's included in the base $50/user/month?
The base managed services package includes complete device management, patching, user provisioning, help desk support, and 24/7 monitoring. It's everything you need to keep your team productive without dedicated IT staff.
Do I need a security tier?
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend at least Bronze tier security. Cyber threats are increasing, and the cost of a breach far exceeds the cost of prevention. Many insurance policies now require SMB1001 certification.
Can I change tiers later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your security tier at any time. We recommend starting with Silver and adjusting based on your needs and compliance requirements.
What about Microsoft 365 licensing?
We're a Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) and can provide Microsoft 365 licensing at competitive rates. The pricing shown is our cost-plus model—we don't mark up Microsoft licenses significantly, as we make our margin on the managed services.
Are there setup fees?
Setup fees vary based on your current environment and migration complexity. We'll provide a detailed onboarding quote after assessing your needs. Many clients see the setup cost recovered within 3-6 months through improved efficiency and reduced downtime.
