Acceptance of Terms

By accessing futureit.co.nz (the “Website”) or engaging FutureIT Limited (“FutureIT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for IT services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and clients. Where a separate written service agreement exists between FutureIT and a client, that agreement prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.

Our Services

Service Agreements

Detailed terms for managed IT services, support contracts, cybersecurity, and procurement are governed by individual service agreements entered into with each client. These Terms do not create any obligation for FutureIT to provide services.

Any quote or proposal we provide is an indication only and is not a binding offer unless confirmed in a written agreement signed by an authorised FutureIT representative.

Third-Party Products and Services

We resell and configure products from Microsoft, Dell, HP, and other vendors. Those products are subject to the respective vendor’s terms and licences. FutureIT is not a manufacturer and cannot warrant third-party hardware or software beyond what the original manufacturer provides.
